Cancellations & Payments

Reservations and Payments:

Reservations can be done by advising us your acceptance of the tour and intimating us with travel dates. All services will be kept on confirmed basis on receipt of advance payments only before 30th Sep, 2018. Payments can be remitted through following mode and is subject to realization:

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/ unavoidable reasons we must be informed in written. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in written and cancellation charges would be as follows:


Once the booking is confirmed   – 25% of the tour/service cost.

15 days prior to arrival              – 50% of the tour/service cost.

07 days prior to arrival              – 75% of the tour/service cost. 

Less than 72 hours or no show – NO REFUNDS 



Major amendments in a booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made, which will vary from case to case.
